Cranberry Sauce w/ Orange Zest & Cardamom

Zest the orange then cut it in half and squeeze out 1/4 cup of the juice. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil the orange juice, water, and sugar.

3.Whisk the sugar until it dissolves then add the cranberries, orange zest, and cardamom.
4. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and gently boil for about 15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
