Asparagus Leek Soup w/  Sourdough Garlic Bread Croutons

Gather the ingredients

Make the  croutons

Saute the leeks and garlic

Then boil along with the  asparagus

Blend then  transfer back to pot and simmer  w/ remaining  ingredients

Serve warm w/  croutons, fresh herbs, and  Parmesan.
